While AT&T already have the Motorola Backflip and the HTC Aria, the first high end Android device coming to AT&T is the Samsung Captivate. We can see the Samsung Galaxy S coming to all major U.S. markets under different names and physical features.
- AT&T – Samsung Captivate
- Verizon – Samsung Fascinate
- T-Mobile – Samsung Vibrant
- Sprint – Samsung Epic 4G (slide-out QWERTY keyboard)
The specs vary on each device, but all devices have Samsung’s Hummingbird 1GHz processor along with the PowerVR SGX540 graphics processor. Android and Me were lucky enough to get this device early and share their unboxing video of the latest AT&T device, the Samsung Captivate.
