U.S. Cellular has big plans for their customers in 2010, first dropping their exclusive Samsung Acclaim on July 9th. Shortly thereafter comes the highly anticipated HTC Desire although a specific launch date for the Desire is unknown at this time. Coming from their official press release, we learn of two more devices slated to be announced, another from Samsung and one from LG. At this point, all we do know about these devices is that they will in fact come in 2010 and word is suggesting they will be available in October.
Specs for the Samsung Acclaim include:
- slide-out QWERTY keyboard
- 3.2-inch touch screen
- Wi-Fi
- 3 megapixel camera
Specs for the HTC Desire include:
- AMOLED capacitive touch screen with pinch-to-zoom
- 3.7 inches
- 480 X 800 WVGA
- ROM 512 MB
- RAM 576 MB
- 1 GHz
While we await further word on the next two devices, we can see that the Acclaim and the Desire have the Specs to impress.
