Big Red is going to be somewhat generous again, by bringing back the double-data plan they had back in November. Customers signing up for a new 4G plan will get double the data they pay for, but it is only be available for new subscribers. Why do the new customers get all the best deals? Long-time devoted customers need some love to from time to time.
Well those of you that have not made that giant leap to 4G can also take advantage of this deal. Verizon is allowing those coming from a 3G plan to sign up under this 4G double deal, so make that stride to 4G LTE awesomeness. The deal is strictly for phones though, so sorry tablet users, no soup for you. This will all start this Friday when Big Red decides to let out the Droid 4 into the wild. Convenient? I would say so. If you have been holding out on a 4G plan, and been waiting for the newest physical keyboard phone, this will be a good weekend for you.
