Remember a little while ago, when we saw that awesome Japanese demo video featuring the HTC J aka Butterfly? Well looks like over here it will be called the Droid DNA, and thanks to a support page, Verizon is looking to get it first. Verizon did not get any of the HTC One series phones, so it looks like they are making up for it by bringing you this beast of a phone.
The Droid DNA will be HTC’s stab at the “phablet” market. That 5-inch screen to bring you all that pretty….Sense. Yes, I know Sense is not on many people’s top UI list, but it has improved over the years, and if you watched that demo video, I do not think you will mind it at all. The support page lists the Droid DNA, as you can see be the screenshot below, but there is no confirmed pricing or release. My guess is that it will show its big head around the holidays. So let us know if you plan on getting this 5-inch bad boy.
