Verizon drops DROID RAZR price, along with built in Memory

The DROID RAZR was Motorola first real flagship device name to incorporate two of their best-selling devices ever. With the latest version of the RAZR, the MAXX, headed to store shelves potentially on January 26th, it should come as no surprise that the RAZR is getting a price cut. After all, how could they sell at $299 when a new version launches. To bring that price down though, Verizon has opted to cut out some of the memory, lowering it to only 16GB’s with no included microSD card. I don’t see how this should cause all that much of a problem though. It is still an excellent device and one of if not the slimmest around. If you have been holding off for a price drop to pick one up, now is a pretty good chance to do so.

If you are looking to cut that cost even more, Amazon now has the DROID RAZR up for just $169.99. Ever little bit of savings help right?
