Wipe Required: Full wipe each flash (unless otherwise stated).This is how you should wipe:
Main Recovery Menu:
1. Wipe data / factory reset
2. wipe cache partition
Advanced Recovery Menu:
3. Wipe Dalvik Cache
Mounts and Storage Recovery Menu:
4. Format Boot
5. Format System
6 Format SDcard (optional but sometimes fixes issues – Be warned you will loose everything on your SDcard. Pictures,music, videos everything)
Special instructions: Give 2 minutes+ to boot on first boot please.

This should be common knowledge by now but if you want to complain about an issue make sure you have a log cat. Also you should be running a log cat on every first boot. If you don’t have ADB set up on your computer, follow this very easy guide to set it up. It truly only takes a few minutes.
