[VIDEO] Watch An NVIDIA Shield Get Destroyed In Slow Motion

Normally I hate videos that get posted up because they’re blowing up a piece of technology, particularly if I want that piece of tech and have yet to get my hands on it. This video of an NVIDIA Shield being blown up is a little different though because they’ve gone to the effort of pointing out all the different external and internal components of the Shield as it is in the process of exploding. Check it out:

Horrific, yet educational. Now if only all explosion videos were that informative. Still shed a tear for the Shield being destroyed, though NVIDIA has responded to some comments on the video saying that the Shield that was blown up was “a non-functional design reference unit”, which I guess is a fancy way of saying a dud.
