Video: Who wants a peek at the new CyanogenMOD 9 Boot Animation??

Here we are again at one of my favorite times of year. The cold winter snow is in the process of melting into the ground to make way for lush, green grass. Spring training is just getting underway for Major League Baseball. More importantly, a new version of Android called Ice Cream Sandwich was released recently, which means the CyanogenMOD crew has been hard at work to update its custom ROM project to the latest version of the OS, otherwise known as CyanogenMOD 9.

While the world waits for the initial batch of nightlies to begin rolling out (which shouldn’t be much longer, by the way),  we’ve just laid eyes on a quick little video that should cause quite a stir, and leave more of us anxious to get a taste than ever before. Feast your eyes on the new and improved CM9 boot animation.

Before you ask, there will be a version for both smartphones and tablets. We can expect to see the boot animation included once stable builds of CM9 become available. Oh, how pretty that mofo is going to look on my Asus Transformer when it finally gets graced with some CyanogenMOD goodness! What do you think, kiddos?
