While this dump is far from something you could flash onto your G1 today, a quick look over the contents gives us some insight into what this ROM includes.
This dump includes several .apks which have not been seen outside of the SenseHero 2.1 Apks. While we are not yet able to run these .apks, we can certainly guess at what they may be.
Among the notable apps are VisualizationWallpapers.apk and MagicSmokeWallpapers.apk which we can only guess are the apps which control the responsive wallpapers we have heard so much about. Also included is a fresh version of QuickOffice named PassionQuickOffice.apk
The presence of TelephonyProvider.apk hints strongly at the possibility of using a Voip service with your Android handsets. Gallery3d.apk is somewhat less clear but is likely a new 3d user interface for the photo and video gallery.
Last, but likely not least of the new .apks found in this dump is GenieWidget.apk. This one is currently perhaps the greatest mystery of the bunch but could be the most interesting. We will have to wait for the developers to get these up and running to find out more about it.
