White Samsung Galaxy S II headed to T-Mobile December 14

T-Mobile Tweet Regarding the White Samsung Galaxy S II

T-Mobile sent out a tweet this afternoon confirming the white version of the Samsung Galaxy S II will be available December 14th. Of course, most of the buzz these days has centered around the Galaxy Nexus, but the SGSII is still the hottest phone available now from Magenta, and with no word as to whether we’ll see a Tmo G-Nex, I’m sure this phone still sits high atop many Christmas lists.

As a refresher, the Samsung Galaxy S II totes a a 4.52-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of 1080p Full HD video capture, and support for T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ data speeds.

While it will most likely ship with Gingerbread, the progress for ICS ports for the device has amazed thus far. Samsung has also confirmed that the device will receive an official update, though no specifics have been given about a release date.

Your thoughts? Will you be picking up the white SGSII? Let us know in the comment thread below.
