Wireless Bluetooth Controller, directly from Gamestop, only $9.99, orginally $19.99! Yes, you heard right. In a world where an android gaming controller can run you $20.00 to $70.00 and beyond, this is definitely a steal. I already bought one, shipping and all cost me a little over $14, so it is worth it.
Now seeing as how this is unheard of, even on eBay, there is no telling how quickly these bargain units will sell out. Your best bet is to get them while they’re hot. If you are a a gamer, then this is definitely something you need to get immediately.
As the product description says:
- Simple set up
- Bluetooth wireless technology
- Rechargeable unit with built in batteries and charging cable included
- Mapped control options let you assign buttons to the game actions you want
- Designed to work with select Android tablets
Now even though this emphasizes tablets, there have been reviews on the site saying that it works fine with phones, namely the HTC Evo 3D and the Samsung Galaxy S3. Also, it is only reported to work with the following games:
- GTA III
- Max Payne
- Monster Madness
- Shadowgun
- Sonic CD Haptics
- Riptide GP
- Sleepy Jack
However, the reviews also say that it works with games ranging from the SNES Emulator to Dead Trigger. Therefore, this tells me that the games listed above were the only ones tested, but I am sure they are not the only ones that work. The same applies for the list of phones and tablets. If you find a game that isn’t compatible straight out of the box, then go ahead and grab you a copy of your favorite button remapping tool to get things done right.
So, take it from AndroidStory, you don’t want to be on the tail end of deals like these, stop what you are doing, pull out a debit or credit card, and go for what you know while you have the chance. Remember, you heard it from AndroidStory first! I will be doing a review of the wireless bluetooth controller in about a week or so when it arrives, so stay tuned.
