The MI-Two Lands In China Soon
The remarkable phone developed as a top tier device with a great chip set and further awesome set of specs is set to land in China for sale on October 30th. Â We’ve been conditioned to see top tier devices touch down, here in the states, costing the end user (off contract) typically between $499-$649, so what would we speculate the cost of this built device to come into market at? Â How about $320 USD (16gb model) and $370 (32gb model)…all I can say is, what the french toast? Â I’m not going to hate on them though, Xiaomi builds some great products as we’ve seen with their flagship device, the MI-One, which made Xiaomi, the purveyor of the MIUI OS (of which the JB version comes on the MI-Two stock), an instant hit. Â
The MI-Two was the first phone to tout using the Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU and is paired up with 2GB of RAM, dueling cameras 8/2 megapixels and a 2000mAh battery.  If history shows us anything, the first round of phones, 50,000 devices should last all of a couple of hours, but don’t fret, another 250,000 in the middle of November.  So, what’s the next step?  Well, if you live in China…go order one.  If you don’t and  you hope to get one on launch day…I feel you may be gravely disappointed.  You can order your phone ahead of time if you would like to ATTEMPT to secure one for yourself.  I say attempt because its difficult to say if the phones allocated for the initial launch, 2 days from now, or one day depending on your International Date Line location, then hope and pray you are one of the lucky few selected to be blessed on launch day.  If not, what’s another couple of weeks for a beast of a phone being sold at a bottom tier price? Â
Secure your device here! You will need to register for an account with Xiaomi to secure one of these for yourself, but that’s a small sacrifice for the rewards you will reap.
Go get you some MIUI on the MI-Two and enjoy.
