When new flagship phones, such as the HTC One, come around and everyone gets excited, one of the first thing s an Android enthusiast might do is root the device to get some stock onto it. When it comes to HTC devices though, that process might be a little challenging. So challenging, that you might consider just downloading a stock home replacement instead of going the whole 9 yards. Popular dev Paul O’Brien has a simple solution for you HTC One users though. In comes the MoDaCo Switch.
O’Brien tweeted, or rather “tweased” us, the other day showing us that he is working on an app to give HTC One users the ability to switch between a stock Android experience, and a Sense 5 experience. It is as easy as pressing your thumb on your screen as you can see from the image above. The mod is still a work in progress, but I would suggest you follow O’Brien on twitter to keep up with the updates. I am sure this mod will be out very shortly.
