Version 2.0 of the GoPro app was released yesterday, adding support for sharing and viewing images and video clips.
Initially, the app was designed primarily for controlling the camera remotely, using a tablet or smartphone. With the new release, you can view any footage stored on your camera.
In addition to viewing content, users can also delete content stored on the memory card. Photos and video can be copied to a GoPro album on your Android device as well.
You can also share any images and video content via email, text, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
To use the newest version of the GoPro app, you will need to install a software update for the HERO3 and HD HERO2. To learn more about the GoPro app, cameras and accessories, click here.
