During the MWC 2010, Google CEO, Eric Schmidt said that more than 60,000 Android devices were shipped everyday, and now while speaking to investors at the Google HQ last Thursday, Eric Schmidt said that: “Our partners are shipping about 65,000 Android handsets per day but if you check the blogosphere you’ll discover there are some reports that that number might be quite low … We’re trying to build an entire ecosystem of openness, the inverse of the other guysâ€
Right now we should all be proud of ourselves for being Android follower. If we estimate an average of 65,000 devices are sold daily, then I think since January, more than 9 million Android phones have sold. I know this is a really bad news for Apple folks .
