Rovio released some trailers for Angry Birds Star Wars II last week, and today, characters were introduced via their YouTube page.
The initial “Join the Pork Side†trailer featured Ian McDiarmid (Emperor Palpatine from the original Star Wars films). The other trailer features a behind-the-scenes look at the game.
Star Wars II is set to launch on Sept. 19, bringing 30 different Star Wars characters as the trademark pig and bird characters. It is expected to arrive on iOS, Android (Google Play and Amazon) and Windows Phone 8 for $0.99.
The game will bring some brand new features as well. For the first time, players will be able to play as the pigs and choose from a line-up of Telepods figures from Hasbro, which can be scanned into the game.
