More Android 4.4 KitKat Screenshots Surface Showing Minor Tweaks and Easter Egg

android-4-4-kitkat

We are a little late on on this one today, due to website complications but we are here now. Android 4.4 KitKat screenshots showed up once again earlier today, giving us a good look at what to expect. First shot, which is above, is Android cleverly made to look like the Kit Kat logo. Then we got the KitKat Easter Egg, that you can access the normal way by clicking the Android Version multiple times. I love how the Easter Egg is a collage of all the Android OS dessert names.

We also see screenshots that show off the app drawer. Nothing really that different, but I did notice that the app drawer was missing the messaging app. This just further proves that Hangouts may be the default messaging app in Android 4.4. The alarm clock is also shown off, which it really has not changed much from previous versions. Global printing and one tap payments are then shown off in some of the setting menu screenshots, which will be a nice feature to have.

These screenshots seem more legit than any other of the screenshots we have gotten. Others included different icons and what not, so those were possibly faked. Check all the images out and let us know what you think.
