We have been watching the Play Store pretty intensely since the Google I/O keynote just 2 days ago. Since then we have seen a number of apps up date. Seems the big stories on the web with the updates comes from Google Maps and Google Keep both getting updates that make them Android Wear compatible. For those that were at I/O and got a new Android Wear watch of their choice that is pretty great news. It is also great news for all of those people who have ordered one from the Play Store. Of course the new updated apps won’t be of any use to you and your watch unless you have the update. Luckily for you, the apks have been hanging out in the wings for a couple of days.
The final update we picked up was for YouTube. YouTube is now at v5.7.41. This update re-instates 1080p on most videos and devices that lost that in the last update.
Before you get all giddy with download excitement, you should also pick up the latest Google Play Service apk as well. All the details on why you want it are listed in a post from a few days ago we did when we handed hat apk over to everyone.
On to the goods! Below are links to each of the new apk files for you to download and enjoy thanks to Gappsearly.

Google Maps v8.1.1 apk Download
Google Search v3.5.14 apk Download
Now, if the Chromecast app would update so we could play with the features, that would be great. The fall is a long time to wait for Android TV.
