Are you all downloaded out yet? Google must have hit “publish” at the same time in every department today. We know Google Drive and Google Wallet got some updates today that brought along the fancy new Material Design look and feel we all want so bad. Google Play Games also got the same treatment.
The update also adds in new Game Profile levels and titles so you can, as Google puts it, “show off your gaming prowess!” My gaming prowess is pretty weak, and mostly on games that my 4 year old plays. I am pretty lame.
The update to Google Play Games is rolling out through the Play Store starting today. As per the norm, it might take a few days before it gets to everyone. You can check the Play Store and see if it is waiting for you, or you can head over to Gappsearly and pick up the APK right now and get it rolling. While you are over there, feel free to grab Drive, Wallet, Docs, Sheets, Slides and any others that have been updated today.
