The Motorola Charm we heard about yesterday is headed to T-Mobile, Folks. Not as the “Charm,” but in fact the T-Mobile Basil. The device is not bad, just the name. This device is said to feature the new “enhanced Motoblur” that we can expect to find on the Droid X.
- Features of the Motoblur enhancements include:
- Updated Home Screen (7 panels)
- Pre-loaded Motorola widgets are now resizable
- Social Messaging enhancements through Facebook and Twitter
- New Android 2.1 enhancements include:
- pinch-to-zoom for Web Browsing, plus improved photo gallery and Google Maps applications.
- Voice assisted turn-by-turn directions.
- Global search allows you to search everything on your phone.
- Most enhancements will be available on the Motorola Cliq and the Motorola Cliq XT
