In the wireless industry we are all to familiar with limits and extra data vanishing. A number of carriers started to roll over data, some for a year and others for 30 days. Google’s Fi pays you back for any unused data, but no one gives you more data per month just for paying your bill. Boost Mobile is changing that today with a new Growing Data plan for their consumers.
You won’t see double or triple your data for making one on time payment. That would be silly. Instead the whole system is tiered for loyalty. Every 3 months of on time payments will net you more data to your current plan. The increase is slow, 500MB’s per 3 month roll and capping out at an additional 3GBs of data after 18 months of on-time payments.
“Boost Mobile is always rewarding customers for their loyalty, and the best way to say thank you is by offering plans with growing high-speed data,†said Angela Rittgers, vice president-Boost Mobile. “Our new $35 plan, or $30 with Auto Re-Boost, offers the best value now with 2GB of high-speed data and we’re offering our customers more value by slashing the prices on some of our latest smartphones to as low as $19.99. Now is the best time to be a Boost customer; you can get a premium smartphone at an affordable price and earn extra high-speed data just by paying on time.â€
The new offering is available on their lowest plan, which is $35 a month or $30 if you auto renew, and up. In a nutshell, set-up auto pay on the $35 plan and pay $30 a month. After 18 months you will still be paying $30, but instead of 2GB of data, you will be up to 5GBs for the same price. The $45 monthly can cap out at 8GBs of data.
