It is always amazing to see what the development community can come up with to improve qualities of the original device. The Samsung Galaxy Spica does not come with multitouch support and why Samsung chose not to incorporate this feature into this device is unknown.
Thanks to some dedicated individuals, new software drivers are available which enable multitouch capabilities on this Samsung device and are currently making their way to custom ROMs. So if you are dying for the multitouch feature on your device, you’re going to have to root it to enjoy the newly acquired feature.
