Android Tablets are everywhere these days! It’s just getting harder to decide which Android tablet to buy.
This tablet, eLocity A7, might be worthy of a mention – the device  has some interesting specs. The 7-inch tablet, which is now available for pre-order via Amazon, is powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra T-20 processor and has 512MB of RAM. The device sports a 4GB of built-in storage space and a microSDHC card slot. It also has an integrated USB 2.0 port and an HDMI output that is said to allow 1080p video playback. A 1.3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth also come standard.
The eLocity A7 is now available for pre-order at Amazon for $370, and while a release date hasn’t been mentioned it is believed that shipments might go out as early as November 1st.
What seems be lacking on this unit and on many Android tablets is the Android Market and a full suite of Google apps. Despite the the lack of Google apps, the Tegra 2 processor, Android 2.2, HDMI capabilities and the price tag make this device a candidate on my watch list.
