We’re surprised the Sprint HTC Hero is still kicking as we’re learning today that a maintenance OTA update is rolling out today for this little guy bringing software version 2.32.651.2 which includes the following fixes:
- Correct a non-customer impacting issue (device diagnostics)
- MMS issue with contact number format
- Updated Sprint Zone application
If you’re a little impatient and would like to manually check for the update, simply go to Settings >Â About Phone >Â System Updates >Â HTC Software Update>Check Now and see if the update for your HTC Hero is available. We’re sure the roll out will take a couple of days to make sure every device is upgraded, so don’t worry if your device doesn’t prompt you for an update through the weekend.
