AT&T confirmed the rumor about the release date to BGR earlier today. The Motorola Atrix 4G will launch on the 22nd of February at AT&T stores for $199.99. Pre-orders started February 13th at stores and online. Customers that pre-ordered this device can pick it up at stores February 21st , and online customers can expect it to ship out that same day.
This phone was originally supposed to be released March 6th, one could only guess that AT&T is pushing this device out to combat the lose in sales due to Verizon’s iPhone. Only a speculation of course but it’s a pretty curious deal. But who cares, AT&T customer get to put some hands on this phone a little sooner. Who would complain about that?
