As we reported earlier the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer will be available from Best Buy at some point for people in the states. Now it looks as if our neighbors up north will be getting ASUS’ new tablet as well.
Amazon Canada has listed the Transformer on their site for the price of $399 Canadian ($410) for the 16GB and $99 Canadian ($514) for the 32GB. The price for the 16GB seems on par with what we saw from Best Buy so hopefully this further solidifies the price range we can expect for this tab.
As I said before this tablet has entered the field relatively unnoticed but offers a few innovations not found in the tablet world. While we haven’t gotten any one-on-one time with the Transformer the guys at Slash Gear have and they’ve uploaded a quick 5 minute video about their experiences. Check it out.
