Google+ widget returns in most recent app Update

With a project like Google+ running a muck on our devices and consuming hours of our life on the web, we sometimes wonder what they are thinking when a feature suddenly disappears. That is pretty much what happened when Google released the ICS styled update for Google+ to the market. A few things disappeared, including the upload video option as well as the onscreen widget you could use. No one is telling us why the widget was removed, but it sure stirred up some conversations and disgruntled users. Like with all things, when the community wants a feature or something brought back, it doesn’t take long for it to make its way out in an update. Google recently released another update that brought the widget back to our devices. The update also offers some more bug fix’s for those of you that might have had some issues. They didn’t bring back the upload video option though. We can only hope that they are refining it to work better and have plans to bring that back at a later date.

So, if you went and installed a previous version or just negated the update, you might want to check your apps section and give the latest update a try.
