If you own an HTC DROID Incredible 2, and you’ve been dying to get a look at Ice Cream Sandwich, we have a little treat for you. Thanks to some hard work and dedication from ProTekk over at RootzWiki , there is now a ROM available for your flashing delight. Now, you’ll want to remember that this is still in a highly beta state, so it’s not quite capable of being your daily driver just yet, but there are a handful of things already working, and the developer is constantly working around the clock to get everything up and running. Here’s what we know works:
Booting
Wi-Fi
SMS
Calls
Audio
Sensors
Capacitive keys
SU
SDCard
EGL
Rotation
3G
And here’s what’s still borked:
Headsets (logcat claims that the kernel doesn’t support it)
Gallery
Live Wallpapers
Camera
GPS
Bluetooth
RootzWiki user TouchPro made a few mods to the ROM, and was kind enough to drop a little video to show it in action. Let’s have a look, shall we?
