The world of smartphone gaming continues to grow, so much so now we are finding accessories for game apps. One such accessory is, The O Ball. The goal here (no pun intended) is to make the apps you have on your phone feel more “real” while you play them. I am a little lost on how this is going to make my experience better. But hey! Maybe I just need to take the blue pill instead of the red and just play along with this little game. Â Here’s what the company’s website says about The O Ball.

There is no word on availability or pricing yet but I can’t really imagine who would be interested in even buying this thing. You can bet pricing is going to be silly crazy for a piece of foam, maybe apps might be included as suggested by Gizmodo but is that even worth it? I don’t know about you, but just give me a Nerf football a bunch of friends and I am ready to go. What do you think of The O ball? Would you buy something like this?
