when I worked at T-Mobile, my favorite thing to do was read device user manuals before the device launched. It helped me to know a lot about a device and I could even memorize certain pages to direct customers too. Of course this was back in the G1 and myTouch 3G days and there wasn’t a lot I didn’t already know. Now phones are getting increasingly more complex and menus structures and layouts are nuts.
