Update available for Swiftkey 3, adds Jelly Bean Support

There is one thing that drives Android users more nuts than slow OS updates. That is apps that we love, not supporting the software we install. This isn’t always an issue, but we have seen it in the past with ICS and of course now with Jelly Bean. Some apps, like Netflix, jumped on the bandwagon right out the gates. They know people want the app to work on their Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7, not to mention any custom ROM’s that start floating about. It looks like we can add another app update to the list of Jelly Bean supported updates. Swiftkey just put an update out for their SwiftKey 3 keyboard for phones that adds in Jelly bean compatibility. That isn’t the only new addition to the app though. They also fixed some bugs, predictions not popping up correctly and some UI fixes as well.

SwiftKey 3 for tablets also updated today, but lacks any mention of Jelly Bean support. Seems like they would have made sure that was mentioned with the Nexus 7 landing on people’s doorsteps. Hit up the Play Store to snag your update or simply click or scan the QR codes below.
