Apple aims for eight devices from Samsung to be banned, none of which are New

Oh lord. OK, so we have stayed out of this whole Apple vs. Samsung battle for the most part. A few little things here and there, but nothing major. Primarily because of personal thoughts and feelings that always found there way into what should have been an informative article. This one just couldn’t go without being said though.

Today, Apple has submitted a list of devices that they want to see banned from the U.S. The list was submitted shortly after the Jury found Samsung guilty of copying the iPhone and iPad. What devices do the states stand to lose from local stores and retailers across the nation? A whole lot of devices that are last years models. Check out the list.

A judge will later decide which devices will actually be banned and are fully in violation of the verdict.
