The update will pull in Android 4.1.1 and all the awesomeness you have been waiting for and a bit more.
Jelly Bean Upgrade
HTC EVO 4G LTE customers will be able to upgrade to Sense 4+ with Android Jelly Bean (4.1.1.) via manual download starting today. It will be pushed to customers through the next several weeks as an over-the-air update. HTC Sense 4+ provides improved camera capabilities, including Auto Portrait, Sightseeing Mode and the ability to display photos and video albums according to when and where they were taken. Sense 4+ also introduces a new Tap and Go function that allows customers to connect the phone to select Beats Audio speakers when ‘tapped’ together. Android Jelly Bean is the fastest and smoothest version of Android to date and includes Google Now.
