Galaxy S4 pre-orders and launch dates are slowly arriving, and added to the list is US Cellular. T-Mobile already mentioned they will be putting the Galaxy S4 on the shelves on May 1st, which is actually the only carrier that has confirmed a launch date. AT&T announced their pre-orders for the phone on April 16th, so US Cellular figured why not do it the same date.
