With all the heavy customization, some phone manufacturers love to slap on their devices; Sense, TouchWiz, Blur, Timescape and now Facebook Home, there doesn’t seem to be much room left in the market. So BLU has gone the other way.  Stock Android.
Starting with the recent 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Vivo 4.3, BLU is moving to towards a stock android interface for all future software and firmware upgrades for its devices.
I believe this will be a great thing for Android. Â Personally, I’m not a fan of any of the manufacturer skins. I find them to be slow, a little bloated, and I just love the Holo interface. Â Clean and simple, minimalist yet highly functional.
Maybe stock is the way forward, who knows.
