Have you tried out the most recent copy of Android Manager. Now at version 0.7.5.5 this public beta version is looking real nice.
Android Manager is application for complete management of your Android phone from your PC. This is an early version and many other features will come in the next releases.
It’s still beta, so please report any bugs you will find.
Requirements:
The Windows version requires Windows XP/Vista/Seven, .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and ADB drivers installed to work properly.
