Angry Birds launched from Seattle Space needle, more crazy Marketing

Some of you may find all the publicity behind Angry Birds Space a little over the top. The amount of coverage that is being spread across the web leaves you wanting to install the game if you haven’t already. Which is the whole point of the grand marketing plan. T-Mobile and Wal-Mart are two of the biggest supporters or Rovio’s latest edition and it appears that there is no stopping what they will do to get people’s attention. The latest in marketing tactics involves a huge bird, a T-Mobile branded sling and the Seattle Space Needle. At first I thought it was just a little Photoshop action, but apparently not. T-Mobile actually turned the Space Needle into a makeshift sling shot. Crazyness. Check out a few of the other photos below that they posted on their Facebook Page. I want to know who came up with the idea, it is genius.
