There are sources abound all over the web offering tid bits of information about what devices should be getting an update to the latest and greatest. They are usually individual posts about a manufacturer and a certain device. Some time we get lucky and get to hear about plans for a whole line up. It is all good news, but few and far between. Thanks to some major work by one blogger, JR Raphael at ComputerWorld, we have a pretty great central location to keep track and up to date.
He took the time to go all over the web and create a comprehensive list of devices and manufacturer comments that have to do with Ice Cream Sandwich updates. The list will be ever-growing and should start to take off as soon as the first official update hits a device.
I would feel extremely guilty pasting over the list, or even making my own based on his work. It is just too good to mess with. If you don’t find your device on the list, don’t panic. It just means the official channels haven’t made an announcement. If you happen to find out otherwise based on something directly from the manufacturer, be sure let them know so it can be checked out and added. Hit up the source link to take a gander and see what has been confirmed, iffy and definitely won’t get ICS.
This list does not include those devices that will have or most likely have a CM9 build.
