Been awhile eh? Well with everyone else finally getting Froyo upgrades it’s nice to know Dell didn’t want to leave anyone out (wouldn’t want to be compared to Samsung either). Streak 5 owners on AT&T and Rogers (Canada) will start receiving the OTA update today, at some phone when you boot up your phone today you’ll get a screen that looks like this:
Once you get this page the instructions are the same as earlier updates, The process itself is pretty straight forward and will prompt you all the way through.
The Froyo update will add all sorts of enhancements like, Flash 10.1 support, Twitter 2.0 support, live wallpapers, WiFi hotspot, and Dell’s Stage software, which will give you easier access to the apps and files you use the most.
