According to John, The Motorola DROID 2.1 update (Android 2.1 ESE53) will include live wallpapers. We were given this link to a YouTube video that shows a Motorola DROID running 2.1 with Live Wallpapers. There is no real way to tell what build this is running.
Not too exciting, but a fun feature to have at least!
