Google Books Now Web Based Like Market

With the current popularity in tablets and e-readers increasing, as well as the recent release of the Motorola Xoom, it’s no surprise Google implemented their Google Books app with the web based Market they debuted last month. The app itself hasn’t changed and will still function the same from your device. The new implementations are essentially like that of the new Market, you choose a book, you are then  presented with the option of reading it on the web or if Google Books is installed or your device it’s downloaded automatically.

Finding books is easy just like finding apps. The left side of your page has a list of genres to help you locate the literature you’re seeking. However, if you happen to know the name of the book you’re looking for there’s a search bar in the top right of the screen, which will attempt to predict to predict what you’re looking for based on popular previous searches.

Overall it’s basically the same web based Market we’ve come to love over the last few months with the options for books added. Anybody that used the new Market should have no issues, and even those who haven’t should find the interface rather user friendly and easy to use.
