Despite the irony, GTA: Chinatown Wars is a very different take on the GTA franchise if you’ve only played the more recent 3D-oriented GTA games - GTA: Chinatown Wars readopts the top down perspective that GTA and GTA II used when they first became famous.
GTA: Chinatown Wars was first featured on handheld consoles Sony PSP and Nintendo DS before making its jump to mobile, and although the game is a direct port of the original game, holds up well on mobile devices and features a fascinating story that contrasts with the cultural experiences of GTA’s other games.
