HTC Gets Sued Again By Apple Over Sense UI Features

Adding to the ongoing battle between HTC and Apple in their patent infringement suit, Apple is suing over a new feature in HTC’s new Sense UI feature. What feature do you ask? According to the suit, the “system for real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration.” To current Sense UI users, they seem to be refering to the Leap function in which allows the user to pinch the homescreen allowing you to see all of the desktop panels on the homescreen at once.
