Iconia A500 and A100 set for Ice Cream Sandwich updates Mid-April in the States

Yesterday we caught wind that Acer had Ice Cream Sandwich updates slated to hit Australia and New Zealand in April for the Iconia A500. That came directly from the official company’s AU twitter account. Even though that is a few months away, it was good news for them. Being an American, we get a little pissy when other country’s get update information and we don’t. It didn’t take long for Acer America to drop a tweet to let us all know they didn’t forget about us.

Not only are they prepping up an update for the Iconia A500, but the A100 is also on the list. Now lets hope the timeline holds and there aren’t any unforseen delays to keep you from receiving it.
