Like many of you, I bought my Nexus One the moment Google released it. Â When I got my impatient little hands on it, one of the first things I searched for on the Android marketplace was a wicked game to put the new phone through its paces. Â I didn’t find any amazing games on the Android marketplace, so I started cruising the net looking for an Android game that would impress my friends, startle my neighbors, and make my fianc’ee fall in love with me all over again! Â Guess what, I am still looking for that elusive “killer” Android gaming app. Â Does such a game even exist? Â The lack of such a game couldn’t be due to the impressive 800×480 Nexus One screen, could it? Â Nah! Â The absence of such a game couldn’t be due to the 1.0 gigahertz snapdragon processor in the Nexus One, could it? Â Nyet! Â Many believe, including the author of the following link, that it is the the lack of floating point instruction support in the Android SDK that is holding up the creation of the one true killer Android gaming app. Â What do you think?
