[Kickstarter] MobileMount+; The all-in-one device mount for home, office, car and Tripods

Here we go again. Another kickstarter project. They are pretty infectious really. The latest find that we felt needed sharing is an accessory item called the MobileMount+. It is one of the first all around mounting solutions that I have personally seen and am excited to see it make it to market.

The MobileMount+ is more than just your average device mount. The most important aspect of the mount, in my opinion, is that it is universal. It isn’t designed just for the iPhone, the Galaxy S III, the Note II or any other specific device in mind. It is designed to be universal across all your devices and meet your needs in extraordinary ways. The MobileMount+ uses a dual-suction cup to hold tightly onto your device. You can stick it to the window of your car, the top of your desk, the mirror in your bathroom or anywhere else you can imagine. It is fully adjustable and can be angled for optimal viewing.

All of that sounds pretty good, but where the new MobileMount+ really takes the cake, is its additional ability for mounting to any 1/4″ 20 thread tripod or camera mounting system. I know I have used various stands, boxes and rope to place my device in a location just right to capture a stead video or picture. A tripod definitely makes this much easier, but our smartphones lack the ability to attach to one.

This function alone makes it highly valuable for amateur photographers and even the most seasoned vet. Especially with so many mini tripods available for table top placement and many other options. We dig it.
