LG starts teasing a ‘New Series’ to soon be Unveiled

LG New Series
You can expect to see a lot of leaks, rumors, teasers and tantalizing images rolling out over the next few weeks. With Mobile World Congress right around the corner, we wouldn’t expect anything less from our device manufacturers. LG is getting things started already with an image that hit their Facebook page this morning. Hinting at a “New Series” with “unexpected distinction.” We know it is going to be on the mobile front since it came up on their LG Mobile Facebook page. That means new phones for the world.

The image doesn’t offer up any clues to what might be in store though. We like the sneaky images with something to ponder over. So what will LG be bringing out soon? There should be an entirely new line of devices aimed at all budgets. Much like they did with the ‘Optimus L’ line last year. We are certain to see the new and improved LG Optimus G Pro. The successor to the current Optimus G obviously, which has been outed for NTT DoCoMo with a 5-inch 1080p display, Jelly Bean, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a 3000 mAh battery. It does look and sound pretty good. We wonder if they have a new Optimus Vu in the works also, possibly looking to go big like the Note II.

Will LG have something up their sleeves that will truly wow the world, or is the Optimus G Pro the ace up their sleeve that they got caught with already? We will keep our eyes on them and see if they can bring something with ‘unexpected distinction’ to the mobile industry or if it will be just another high-powered black rectangle.

The real question for you guys though, “Does anything LG brings out even matter to any of you? Beyond the Nexus 4 of course.” I mean, they packed a lot into the Optimus G, but we hardly hear about it at all.
