Now that we gave you as much info as we could in a short amount of time about the new DROID RAZR M, let us move onto the the other two devices that were announced during the press event in NYC. No surprise, another set of RAZR’s. Yup, they announced the DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD. Neither of these devices are available just yet, but they mention that they will be out before the holidays. That leaves them plenty of time to release them.

The full specs for these devices aren’t yet up on Verizon’s site or on Motorola’s site, but they do offer up a few details, most of which are the most important anyways. First off both devices sport a larger screen then their cousins, coming in at 4.7-inches of HD glory. The screen offers up 78% more pixel’s, 85% more color saturation than an iPhone 4S and 40% greater battery capacity then the original DROID RAZR line. Both offer 4G LTE service, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAm 8MP camera with 1080p video recording and LED flash, a front facing camera, NFC support and AndroidBeam. They will also be pre-loaded with Google Chrome as the web browser of choice. This makes Motorola the first manufacturer to pre-load Chrome to a device at launch.

The RAZR HD has a 2,500 mAh battery and testing says it offers up 16 hours of talk time. The DROID RAZR MAXX HD, well, we didn’t catch the battery size. According to numbers though you should get 32 hours of normal usage, 13 hours of straight video playback or 21 hours of talk time. So it definitely has to be larger and we think it is in the 3,000 mAh range. The MAXX HD will also have 32GB of internal storage on board.

  Again, both devices will launch by the holidays and be sporting Ice Cream Sandwich, but will have Jelly bean before the year ends. We expect the update to hit around or shortly after they go on sale.
