Motorola Milestone XT720 Launching Friday on Cincinnati Bell?

We first learned of the Motorola Milestone possibly coming to Cincinnati Bell when the device showed up on their support site, which of course caused curiosity among most of you. Some of you started your own investigation. According to close sources of the carrier, the Motorola Milestone XT720 will be launching on Friday August 6th, which would make CBW the first U.S. carrier of the Milestone XT720.

Features of the Motorola Milestone XT720 include:

  • Android 2.1 (Eclair) OS
  • 720MHz Processor
  • 3.7″ Touch-screen Display
  • 8MP Camera with Xenon flash
  • HD recording and playback with HDMI to HDTV (HDMI connection cable included)
  • GPS Receiver
  • FM Radio
  • MicroSDHC Expansion Slot (up to 32GB)
  • MOTONAV technology (MOTONAV allows you to use Google Maps navigation to search for places near your location, get driving directions and view maps using Google Satellite and Street View Imagery)
  • 256MB of RAM
  • 512MB of ROM
  • TI OMAP 3430 processor clocked at 720MHz

Pricing for the XT720 is currently unavailable, but our assumptions lead us to believe a $199 tag with new agreement after promotional rebates. CBW is soon to reap rewards if they continue to build up their Android line up.
