Motorola with a Twist

You know that funny looking Motorola you’re seen popping up around the internet? Well, it has a name now. Meet the Motorola Twist. As in, someone with a twisted imagination thought this thing up. Ok, maybe that’s not entirely true.  Here are the current specs, which are true unless they change:

  • Android 2.1 (Flash) with 1.5 Motoblur
  • GSM / EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900
  • 256mg RAM, 512mb ROM
  • Chipset OMAP 3410 700MHz
  • 3MP camera
  • Micro SD expandable to 32GB
  • Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR
  • GPS
  • Device size 67mm x 67mm x 15.8mm (2.6 inches, roughly)
  • Display 2.8″ 320 x 240
  • Batter 940 mAh

Given the photo above, the listed size of the device and display don’t seem to fully jive, though it just could be the the angle of the photo.  The rumored release date of Motorola Twist is June 10, no word on carriers yet.
